Tony Lip - Carmine Lupertazzi,” on the hit HBO television series, The Sopranos

Tony Lip is a true one-of-a-kind character. After 12 years of working at the world famous Copacabana nightclub in New York City, where he played host to famous personalities like Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Bobby Darin, Tom Jones and Don Rickles, Tony Lip went on to a career in acting.

His first big break happened when he was cast in the hit film, The Godfather. Tony’s acting career really took off, and he appeared in over 50 major motion pictures like Crazy Joe, The Pope of Greenwich Village, The Year of the Dragon, Honor Thy Father, Goodfellas, Donnie Brasco, and, most recently, was featured as “the New York mob boss Carmine Lupertazzi,” on the hit HBO television series, The Sopranos.

Recently he also added "author" to his list of accomplishments, writing the hit cookbook, "Shut Up and Eat!' which features bios and recipes from some of your favorite Italian American actors and actresses.

While many were sad to see him to, “Big Pussy” gained an unusual sort of fame being the first Soprano Family member to be Whacked on the show.

But he has many more credits than that. He was featured in Donald Trump’s “Celebrity Apprentice” and ABC’s “General Hospital”, and has appeared in over fifty major motion pictures. A former bar owner from New Rochelle, New York, Vincent discovered acting late in life (at the insistence of Matt Dillon and his brother Kevin) and since it has become his calling.

A versatile actor, he has appeared on Broadway in the smash hit, "Chicago" as Amos Hart. Having appeared in several movies including "Revolver", "Gotti", "This Thing of Ours", "Mickey Blue Eyes", "Mafia", "The Jerky Boys", "Made", "Two Family House" and "Hurricane" with Denzel Washington (to name a few). Vincent is also a familiar face on television. Besides playing the character, Big Pussy Bonpensiero, on "The Sopranos", Vincent has also made television appearances on NBC's "Ed", VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club", "The Practice", "Witness to the Mob", "Law & Order", the Soap Opera, "One Life to Live", “General Hospital” "Americas Most Wanted", and "Vegas" and more recently Donald Trump's "Celebrity Apprentice".

Besides all this, he has also found the time to be the host on the Repo Man television series, traveling all over the United States, to recover unpaid secured debts. Vinny has graciously dedicated his time to the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer/Mitchell Berke Memorial Fund and Walter Reade General Hospital. And, in his spare time, he performs with his band, “The Lickety Splits”.
